WWS Board member, Dr. Kathryn (Kate) E. Patten and the Neuro Emotional Literacy Program (NELP) are excited to offer free emotional health and literacy resources to the Wonder Women Society community! Our physical health is the engine that drives us to be able to be successful in all areas of our lives.  A safe, secure and accepting environment is essential and it's particularly important for women that we encourage and support physical activity because there is a huge participation gap between school-aged boys and girls in sports and we need to set a healthy example for wonder women to come! Our emotional and mental health is just as important. Sign up for our mailing list to hear about health and wellness seminars, workshops, and retreats for women by professional contracted or volunteer health specialists (Personal Trainers, Dieticians, Doctors, Nurses and Wellness coaches) to support Holistic Health for women’s physical, mental and emotional well being through education and healthy living.
